Do you wanna hear an interesting presentation about starting a business during your lunch time? Then just bring your lunches and Alexander Volchegursky will give a killer presentation!

Here is a brief introduction of him:

Alexander Volchegursky is one of the founding partners of Lvovich, Volchegursky & Szucsko, LLP specializing primarily in business transactional matters and corporate finance. Mr. Volchegursky's practice involves representation of business clients in connection with business entity choice and formation, limitation of liability, taxation, operation, contractual obligations, financing, acquisitions and sales, licensing, compliance with state regulations, and relations with employees, suppliers, and customers.

The topic of the presentation will be starting a business. Starting a business is complicated. If you need an entity, then how that entity should be structured involves several factors: tax, startup capital sources, management, ownership, the nature of the business itself.

During the presentation, he will address:

-Whether your business needs to be put in an entity

-Corporations and LLCs and partnerships

-Formation processes

-Tax considerations
