Synopsis:  “Requirements Discovery & Innovation via Visual Application Definition”

The fundamental flaw in all business requirements collaboration is that business users don’t know what they want or need until they can see, interact with and immerse themselves in an application, and everyone has different ideas on the solution to a problem, or what the problem is in the first place.

iRise has spent 10 years evangelizing a new way or BA's to work with business users to elicit, define and validate requirements in a way that allows this immersive experience – requirements visualization.  Join us for an interactive session to discuss what requirements visualization is for projects with any user interface, including mobile, and why firms are starting to look at this as a critical skill for their BA teams.

Target Audience:  Project Business Analysts, Enterprise Business Analysts, Business and Solution Architects, Project, Program and Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Customer Relationship Managers, BACOE and PMO Directors, IT Managers.
