Beer, BBQ & Blues

Featuring tasting notes and paring suggestions from Great Lakes Master Brewer Luke Percell and enjoy finger licking BBQ from Guy Hughes of Guy's Award Winning BBQ Sauce along with Danny Catullo of Catullo Prime Meats while listening to the smooth sounds and blues artistry of Damian Napp. Sampling all of Great Lakes newest releases and a beer specially crafted just for The Culinary Arts Center.
Guy Hughes and Danny Catullo will be manning the BBQ. We will enjoy an amazing Buffet of Smoked Pork Spare Ribs, Smoked Chicken, Texas Sausage, Pulled Pork Shoulder, Kettle Baked Beans, Carolina Slaw, Jalapeno Cornbread....and we will have more Tasty BBQ treats as the night passes.
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Porter Stout Fitzgerald Cake made from Edmond's Fitzgerald Porter
