Napa Food & Wine Festival

5:30pm - 6:30pm WINE & COCKTAIL HOUR
Sommelier Tony will take you down a California white wine journey, You will taste the difference between Oak aged Chardonnay & Stainless fermented. We will taste all of what California white wines are supposed to be. Tony will give a detailed description of each wine you taste. His palette as a Sommelier will teach you all that you need to know.
Chef Mark will pair each wine with Tony. Mark will pay tribute to all the best Napa Valley Restaurants including the French Laundry, Bottega and Morimoto. This will be a food and wine journey right out of the Beautiful Napa Valley...Cheers!
First Course: Organic Baby Greens, Vera Jus Vinaigrette, Oven Dried Grapes, Candied Hazelnuts & Pecorino
Second Course: 12 Hour Maple Pork over Congee (creamy rice porridge)
Third Course: Poached White Asparagus, Black Truffle Hollandaise
Fourth Course: Coq au Vin with Globe Artichokes and White Wine Jus
Dessert: Meyer Lemon Parfait, Huckleberries & Salty Pistachios
