This unique yoga experience begins with a Bike Aboard ride on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. After arriving at the Indigo Lake Station we will ride north on the historic towpath trail to a yoga practice at Boston Mill in Peninsula.
During this outdoor yoga practice, you will learn basic alignment of common poses in the vinyasa flow style of yoga practice. The introduction of popular yogic breath techniques will help you connect to the surroundings around you. This physical practice will help you gain strength, focus and flexibility while you become one with nature! The yoga session will last 60 minutes in length and is great for any level practitioner.
