Join us Thursday, May 31st for bacon and eggs at the RocketSpace Educational Breakfast Series.  Most start-ups devote little or no attention to employment issues given the pace at which they are operating and the lack of available resources.  Start-ups, however, face many of the same employment risks as any other company.  During this presentation, Wendy Brenner, a Labor & Employment partner at Cooley, will identify ten basic lessons in the employment area, focusing on how to minimize risks given the unique challenges of a start-up environment.  She will also answer the most common questions we hear from start-ups, including “what do I do if I can’t pay anyone?”

9:00am- 10:00am- Presentation "Ten Basic Lessons in the Employment Area"
