Often the only exposure that geologists get to fluids is hearing the reservoir engineer talk about getting “PVT samples”. Conversely, reservoir engineers might only see a summary of porosity and permeability and not much else from core reports. This half day short course will take an in-depth look at the ‘when, where, what and how’ of core/fluid sampling and analysis.
