Workday Information

Who: Volunteers of all ages are welcome; minors under 18 require a signed waiver and children 12 require an accompanying adult unless prior approval is obtained from the workday supervisor. Groups of 6 or more should contact Arnie Thompson  (arniet >at< acterra >dot< org) for arrangements.

What: We will remove ivy resprouts and install some native plants in the area we sheetmulched a couple of weeks ago.   Don't know what sheetmulch is?  Come check it out on Saturday!    Help us improve habitat for native insects, birds, fish and other animals as we work to help restore the "bottom of the food chain" - our native plants that support all other native life.

Where:  Across from 1130 Palo Alto Ave., Palo Alto.  (see map).

Please bring: A reusable water bottle and dress for outdoor work (sturdy shoes and long pants recommended). We provide gloves and tools. Minors under 18 must bring a waiver form signed by a parent.

Groups: For groups of 6 or more, please call 650.962.9876 x310 or email arniet >at< acterra >dot< org for arrangements!

PLEASE NOTE: When you complete your registration for this event, you DO NOT need to print a receipt or ticket.
