This course provides a comprehensive summary of Virginia residential agency laws as of July 1, 2012. It incorporates new agency legislation that was passed by the 2011 General Assembly, and some technical amendments that will be introduced in the 2012 General Assembly with an anticipated effective date of July 1, 2012. Note: If your Virginia license expires before August 1, 2012 you’ll need to take this program after your license renewal

Agents missing more than 10 minutes of any CE/PL class can NOT receive credit
