Come celebrate, with the women of Makom, Rosh Chodesh Iyyar, the new month of Iyyar. This is the month between Pesach and Shavuot, the holiday that commemorates the Jewish people's receiving the Torah.

During our ceremony, we will explore the ways that we move from one stage of life to the next, from places of relative innocence to greater maturity. We will also explore ways and times in which we gain wisdom, and how we pass that wisdom along. Music, poetry reading and prayers are all parts of our ritual.
