Lee Aubry of Citibank invites you to a discussion with local attorney Bob Knox, who specializes in real estate law and has over 30 years experience. Bob will review: 1. the varieties of easements that exist, 2. the manner in which they are created, modified, and extinguished, and 3. some common conflicts that arise regarding easements in both residential and commercial settings.

Lee Aubry, Mortgage Advisor with Citibank, has 25 years of experience in finance.  She has been helping clients with real estate financing for well over a decade.   She is part of a new division at Citibank that specializes in purchase transactions.  Lee also worked as a financial analyst and an investment advisor which allows her to integrate financing options into her clients' personal balance sheet and income statement.  Before business school she worked as an analyst on Capitol Hill and a part-time chef.  Lee moved to Mill Valley in 1989.   She got her MBA at Santa Clara and BA at George Washington University.
