Meditation for the Creative Spirit Teleclass

This class is perfect for entrepreneurs, writers, artists, musicians, actors or anyone who wants to learn how to tap their creative energy in a new way. Angel Stork, 29 Gifts Energy Expert and Meditation Teacher will lead you through a series fo visualization-based meditations to help you unleash your creative mojo.

The visualization-style of meditation we teach is appropriate for experienced meditators as well as total beginners who have trouble even sitting still.

Class 1: Sunday September 20
live 45-minute call at 5 pm pacific; 6 pm Mountain; 7pm Central; 8 pm Eastern

Class 2: Sunday September 27
live 45-minute call at 5 pm pacific; 6 pm Mountain; 7pm Central; 8 pm Eastern

Class 3: Sunday October 4 
live 45-minute call at 5 pm pacific; 6 pm Mountain; 7pm Central; 8 pm Eastern

All classes will be recorded and posted in a private discusssion group on the 29Gifts.org website so you can listen to the class if you miss a live call. You'll also be able to listen an practice the meditation throughout the week and use the discussion group to ask questions and get support from the teachers and your classmates.
