Heart Healthy Cooking

Heart healthy food can be delicious and easy to prepare. This course will create a menu filled with anti-oxidants, Omega 3 Fatty Acids and tip to a healthier diet. Our class will focus on the following dishes>
Black Bean Hummus - If you like to snack, this is a perfect dip with lots of fiber and flavor.
Ginger Carrot Soup - This creamy soup has no cream but you'll fool everyone who eats it.
Quinoa Edamame Salad - Perfect as either a side dish or individual salad with a walnut oil dressing.
Miso Honey Glazed Salmon - High in Omega 3 and low in saturated fat makes this a healthy protien.
Greek Yogurt Parfait - Such a simple dish, but kicked up with a few secret spices.
Cost for this class is $85. Start time of 6;30pm and should last approximately 2 hours.
