Music, rhythm and movement have been used for millennia to induce healing states of being. Accompanied by the intoxicating grooves of Joey Lugassy & RED MUSETTE, Micheline’s Liquid Asana Yoga Journey will guide you deeper into the creative flow within you, where musician and yogi disappear into a ‘surreal’ state of bliss.
You will generate an ecstatic flow of creative energy through purifying vinyasa kramas (flowing yoga sequences), core work, pranayama & ecstatic movement leading to fun and exhilarating peak asanas, landing into deep and meditative hip openers, forward bends and spinal twists and ending in an ecstatic kirtan chant led by Joey Lugassy and our signature Sound Garden Savasana that will transport you beyond.

$45 Non-members;$35 Dali Members. Members will be asked for Dali ID. Please bring your receipt and a signed waiver to class which can be accessed HERE. Tickets available at door on the day of event. Online sales end on Saturday, June 23 at 5:30 pm.

Sunday, June 24, 12 Noon– 2:00 pm. Doors open at 11:30 am. Non-members, visit the galleries on the same day for an additional $6 (Galleries open at 12 noon). Tickets to visit galleries can be purchased same-day only at Admissions.
