Use SharePoint to set up collaborative sites on our school’s intranet to share information with others. It is a desktop program that you can use to collaborate with others and make changes to shared documents. SharePoint allows users to create, organize, distribute, and maintain information. Because of this, the most common uses for SharePoint sites are intranets and project/team sites.
