PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:

• Size of one selling space (9.5’ X 17’ parking spot) includes adjacent (end to end) spot for your vehicle (PLEASE NOTE, THE ADDITIONAL SPOT IS NOT TO SELL FROM, ONLY VEHICLE PARKING)
•  Set-up time 5:00-6:30am Saturday, August 25th, 2012, All vendors are placed on a first come, first served basis and you may not relocate your booth once a parking attendant places you.
• Businesses are retail as well as companies or individuals that regularly sell products, book parties, generate leads & future sales (i.e. Avon, Pampered Chef, home interiors, candle & jewelry companies, Etc.)
• Vendors with a truck and trailer must detatch at the event, or purchase a second space.
• No vendors may sell food or drink from their booth space. If you are interested in becoming a Premium Vendor who can sell food or drink, please contact Caitlin Youngs at (970) 674-2700
• No spaces reserved without payment. We accept check, money order, Visa/MC, and cash.

You will be receiving confirmation of your booth reservation via Eventbrite, as well as from the station. Please contact (970) 674-2700 if you have not received a confirmation by August 17th, 2012.
