Clean Up Your Landscape for a Leaner Life!

 We all exist in an environment of our own creation.  Our work, home and social situations are filled to overflowing with commitments and expectations.  How do those situations inhibit us from leading a lean and healthy life?  This presentation is designed to help you clean up your busy life landscape just as a gardener does with early signs of Spring.  We will help you identify areas of opportunity in your own personal landscape that will help you set forth on path to a healthier body.  You will:

•  Clean up your mental landscape by cleaning up the old and preparing for the new.  Starting with your mind, it’s time to clear out the clutter of excuses and perceived challenges that are preventing you from taking the next step to healthy lifestyle changes.

•  Clean up your physical environment by looking through your cabinets, pantry, fridge and freezer at home and your work storage as well.  Do you have quality foods and workout shoes or clothes available to help you start and stay the course with new habits you’ll be working to form? 

•  Clean up your scheduled priorities.  We all work diligently as a provider for our families, as employees at our jobs and as volunteers in our community.  Where do you have time to insert you and your health as number one on the list?
