Live Conferences and Webinars: Your purchase includes the cost of the conference; if you decide you do not wish to attend the audio conference, call our Client Services Department 3 business days at 888.294.4624 prior to the event to cancel your registration(s). A $40.00 processing fee will be assessed against each refund. No refunds will be made after that date.
