In the Yurt Taichi, originally one of the Chinese Internal Martial Arts, is nowadays widely enjoyed by people of all ages for health purposes and for its grace, gentleness and energy awareness. In this one-day workshop, we will explore this art by experiencing the different aspects of Taichi and learn the fundamentals in developing strength, balance and flexibility. No previous experience necessary.
Liping Julia Zhu
Liping Julia Zhu, L.Ac., is a certified qigong instructor from China and a disciple of Taoist Master Yu Anren. She is the qigong instructor at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and a former resident of San Francisco Zen Center.
