Event Details
A team of experienced facilitators will lead you through a highly interactive session covering basic and more advanced skills for conducting productive and enjoyable meetings. Participants will learn about the facilitator’s role, how to build effective agendas, logistical aspects, group management techniques, engaging participants in discussion, using evaluations, and handling surprises. As part of this workshop, participants will be invited to try out their facilitation skills and receive feedback. You will leave with greater understanding and confidence in your meeting management skills.
Judy Berger www.judyberger.net and Cynthia Ulman are independent consultants who specialize in facilitation and planning for non-profits. They have designed and run successful meetings, retreats, and conferences throughout the country.
