Meeting Topic:  Enterprise system design case study

“Enterprise system design involves striking the balance between high performance, flexible software architectures and current, immediate business needs. This case study will outline the business needs of a Personal Health Record (PHR) system and how the architectural decisions provided the ability to meet changing business requirements over the lifetime of the project. The presentation will identify the overarching business and technical challenges as well as the solutions chosen to satisfy these needs.”

 

Speaker:  Harry Collins

Partner & Director of Development Harry Collins is responsible for the management of all engineering and development resources at Netsoft USA's New York City facilities. Mr. Collins has more than 25 years of experience in engineering development, with management positions at companies including Digital Equipment Corporation and Adobe Systems Inc. Mr. Collins has successfully founded several hi-tech startups (BluePoint, PointCast, and Uproar) and holds five US Patents in advanced graphic algorithms. At Netsoft USA, Mr. Collins is utilizing his deep experience to build and run a truly world-class engineering organization. Mr. Collins holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering (NJIT).
