2012 CMO Roundtable: Achieve True Customer Engagement
In this era of more complex social interactions, increasing choice and technology-driven peer-to-peer exchange, brands need to do more than just communicate with consumers – they need to engage. At the same time, customers’ attitudes and expectations towards the companies they do business with are changing, as they demand more value, more transparency and personal relevancy.
This all means upending the traditional ad-centric model to create branded stories that people seek out rather than avoid, to create experiences they can participate in, rather than simply passively consume.
In AMA Boston’s 4th annual CMO Roundtable event, we will hear from a panel of leading marketing executives on how they have taken on the customer engagement imperative to drive value and results. The panel will share insights into creating customer-focused brand experiences, and the strategies and programs that drive the most significant results.
The panel will also explore the role of internal stakeholders – the executive team and the employees – in shifting the enterprise to integrate customer engagement into the corporate DNA, as well as share insights into how they measure the success and impact of their customer engagement programs.
