Our Utah raw food chefs are amazing come! They are coming together to raise funds for Summer Bear Life Balance Education, a Utah charity.

Chefs will have to challenge the clock, their skills and creativity, they create a wonderful food without the use of recipes and no knowledge of ingredients before the clock starts. The chefs then have 30 min. to make their culinary creation.

This year the audience will help Judges pick the winning chef. The chef who brings in the most money for the charity during the auctioning gets the audience vote.

Due to the limited time there will be a limited amount of food available for auction. So in order to get a taste of that wonderful food that was created in front of your eyes be prepared to bid on. All those who win bids will be able to taste the wonderful food.

Past creations have included dessert sushi, summer rolls, coconut bliss, hidden treasures pate, corn soup, so many delicious things that they can't even name them.
