Stay fit this summer with free, fun programs around the Fort Point Channel!

Yoga

We combine a steady flow of connected yoga postures working in continuous movement with your breath, guided by the rhythm of inhalations and exhalations.  

Mats will be provided for the first 20 attendees.  We strongly recommend bringing your own mat for additional padding, as the class will be outside on a cement patio.   

All participants must fill-out a medical waiver (provided at the beginning of the workout).  In the event of rain, please check the website.
