Learn to recycle the smallest scraps of wool fabric into wonderful garlands and sewn ornaments.  Create your own unique holiday decorations or keepsakes!  This class adapts historic rug making techniques to design heirlooms for your tree or home.  Use various sewing techniques, including wool appliqué, shirring and beaded wools. Only a small set of materials will be provided by instructor so please bring a pair of scissors, and also, your own assorted new or recycled wool samples, (wool samples should be washed in hot water and dried in machine beforehand to create “full” effect).
