Instructor:  Kevin Fife

2 day class: Saturday, September 29 and Sunday, September 30

Class Times: 9am-4pm both days

Total fee:  $145 CSV Members, $159.50 non-members (includes $10 materials)

Historic stone walls are an integral feature of the New England landscape.  During this two-day, hands-on workshop, Kevin Fife, specialist of stone wall construction, will explain how to repair existing dry-laid stone walls and how to construct new ones.  Included are the processes of picking, sorting and moving stone.  Work boots and work gloves are recommended.  Necessary tools are supplied, though stone tools are always welcome.  No experience necessary.
