Thank you for your ticket order!! Children 12 and under are admitted free; music loving dogs on leash are welcome! Parking opens at 4:30pm at the Discovery Center and Meadows Edge; entrance gates will open at 5:30pm; show time is 6:30pm or 7pm; please check ticket order; concerts will end around 9:15pm. Make it a "Weekend in the Mountains" with music! Northwoods Resort, the 2012 Official Hotel located in Big Bear Village, is proud to offer a killer room rate of $69 per night with a 2-night minimum or $99 for a single night; see below for details.
A confirmation package will be emailed to you with your tickets as a PDF attached file; please download and print. Tickets are bar coded and will be scanned at the ticket gate of the Discovery Center Amphitheater to welcome your entry. For VIP Event Membership packages for 2; you will be emailed 1 VIP ticket for 2 attendees; however, your parking pass (ratio 1:2; 1 pass for every 2 tickets) and your new Quaking Aspen member card will be US mailed to your home address. Parking is pre-paid and reserved for VIP Membership Season Pass ($150), regular Season Pass ($125), and individual VIP event ticket holders ($65) until show time; 6:30pm or 7pm depending upon concert. Your parking pass for all 3 options and new member cards for the 2 membership packages ($150 & $65) will be US mailed to your home address. Please show your ticket and parking pass to volunteer staff at entry gate; staff will direct you; please leave your parking pass on your dash; thank you. Later arrivals will be subject to available parking at the Discovery Center or you will be directed to remote/overflow free parking at Meadows Edge (1/4 mile west of Discovery Center on North Shore); free shuttle will run from 4:30pm to 9:30pm.
Paid Parking at the Discovery Center: Very limited open parking will be available for General Admission tickets holders on a first-come basis; parking staff will advise of availability at the gate; $5 per car paid to gate staff; thank you.
Free Parking (overflow) at Meadows Edge with Free Shuttle:
Free parking will be available for all ticket holders in the Meadows Edge trailhead parking lot; located ¼ mile west of the Discovery Center entrance; signage will direct you to Meadows Edge; a free shuttle will run from 4:30pm to 9:30pm. Vans and the YMCA Camp Whittle school bus will be available to transport you.
Handicapped parking will be available on a first-come basis at the Discovery Center at no charge with the appropriate placard or tag. In addition, If you cannot stand in line due to physical restrictions, please advise the ticket desk volunteers for assistance; thank you.
Don’t forget to bring your beach chair for our open and casual seating; bench seating will be available on a first-come basis outside the VIP reserved seating area! Or, rent a chair for $5 per event while supplies last. VIP bench seating will be available to our VIP Membership Season Pass holders and VIP Event Membership ticket holders on a first-come basis and held until show time (6:30pm or 7pm depending upon concert); volunteer ushers will be available to assist in seating. VIP ticket holders arriving after show time will be on own; subject to available bench seating or open casual seating with own beach chair.
You may bring food to picnic at the Amphitheater; however, outside beverages with the exception of bottled water are not allowed; coolers or facsimiles must be checked at the entrance in accordance with ABC license requirements. Bill Knick’s Café & Bar will serve sandwiches, snacks, sodas, and waters. Flo's Treats will serve kettle corn and other great desserts. A beer, wine and margarita bar will be open at your service offering a great selection of imports, ales and domestic beers; red, white and blush wines; and regular and strawberry margaritas. This is a fund raising concert series; your concession dollars make a difference.

Offer is based upon availability, excludes applicable taxes (15%) and guest incidentals, must present concert ticket(s) at time of check in to be eligible, and includes complimentary round-trip transportation to the Discovery Center Amphitheater. Transportation will depart from the Northwoods lobby at 6:00 pm for 7:00pm shows and 5:30pm for 6:30pm shows.
