Island Creek Oysters Foundation - Friends for Haiti Benefit

The all-inclusive evening will begin with ICO’s iconic raw bars loaded with oysters, passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails created by Boston’s favorite barkeep, the Hawthorne’s Jackson Cannon. Cocktails will be followed by sunset over the Back River and short plates from some of the best chefs in the country.
Our food lines are renowned for their brevity, but queuing up with chefs, winemakers, farmers, musicians and philanthropists make our lines one of the night’s best forms of entertainment. Other highlights include a dessert bar, food and beverage pairings, a silent auction, live music, a cigar lounge under the stars and lots of Island Creek Oyster style fun.
Tickets are $250.00 each ($125.00 is tax deductible). NOTE: All guests must be 21+ to attend.
Attire: Neat Beach Casual
The event will be held rain or shine - dress for the weather.
All proceeds from this fundraiser directly benefit ICOF’s collaboration with Caribbean Harvest in Haiti.
By sustainably farming fish, Caribbean Harvest strives to re-make a domestic fishing industry, create jobs, and provide nutrition and social programs for the people of Haiti. In 2011, ICOF increased fish production in the Lake Azeui region by 40,000 lbs in a few short months.
In 2012 we hope to raise enough money to provide 40+ families (nearly half a village) with a Tilapia Farming Starter Kit and related materials.
