Cost for each 4.0 hour session is $50 for NMRWA Members / $75 for Non-Members
This training will be held at the NMRWA Albuquerque training center. We will use our wireless internet connection to access the State of New Mexico State Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) Drinking Water Watch (DWW) database. We will learn how to use this database to review your system’s sample schedule, generate a CCR data report, access your sample results, and use those results to build your 2011 CCR using the interactive, internet-based EPA CCR iWriter program.
Please bring a laptop so you can access the internet sites specific for your system and build your own CCR. You are welcome to attend without a laptop but you will not get maximum benefit from the hands-on training without one, and because space is limited to 20 people each morning or afternoon session preference will be given to those bringing their own computers.
You are also encouraged to bring ALL your lab results and support information for 2007-2011 in case we have problems accessing your sample results on SDWIS. That information includes,
2011 monthly Bacteriologicals Radon, if collected
VOC and SOC organics Any voluntary monitoring you did
Inorganics and Heavy Metals Violation notices for 2011 sent by NMED Radiologicals Your most recent source water assessment
Lead and Copper Your NMED-approved 2010 CCR
Disinfection By-Products (TTHM, HAA5)
