Wine Tasting 101: Wind down your summer with a delicious wine tasting!
Learn to taste the sommeliers way, focusing on the differences in sight, nose, palate, and structure of many specific varietals.
Do you ever feel as if wine can be an intimidating? That in many ways it seems to be an unapproachable subject? At La Poste Eatery we want our guests to feel comfortable asking us questions about the wine on our extensive list. We have decided to offer delightfully fun and informative educational wine classes to remedy this! Join us at La Poste Eatery for the 1st class in a series of four that we are offering for the summer of 2012! With the delightful instruction of our sommelier and owner of La Poste Bryant Phillips take part in a blind tasting and use your senses to gain a basic and fun understanding of what it means to taste, discover and interpret wine. Enjoy a variety of wines and delicious h'ordevres & refreshments from the La Poste kitchen. What a great way to start your summer! We'll see you at La Poste Eatery at 6:30pm on June 5th.
