A panel discussion with the Facebook Generation moderated by Rachel Brown, Director of Temple University’s Career Center.
The Wall Street Journal blog article, “The Facebook Generation vs. the Fortune 500,” by Gary Hamel, will be used as the discussion opener.
The workplace expectations of “Generation F” – the Facebook Generation – are significantly shaped by their lives online. They may also differ greatly from the “traditional” workplace paradigms. Recognizing these differences can foster an environment in which young professionals and the organizations they work for can prosper.
