Abstract: It is time for something different! This year we are having a combined Presidents' Luncheon/Educational Day. We are also having a guest speaker. Club presidents or a designated alternate are invited to this annual event as guests of BetterInvesting Space Coast Chapter. All BetterInvesting members and non-members are welcome. This is a time to share successes and lessons learned among investment clubs and individual members. Join in our celebration of the merger of BetterInvesting and IclubCentral/StockCentral as well as the totally new management team and Board of Directors of NAIC/BetterInvesting.
Description: It will be a full day! As always, we will introduce the clubs, learn their best & worst performing stocks mingled in with Gene Rooks' Clues for Clubs. You all know Gene - she is great with Club Management! Our guest speaker will be Julie Werner. She is on the BetterInvesting Board of Directors and a member of the Atlanta Chapter. Julie will be talking on Understanding the Stock Market – What is Normal?
To understand the current Stock Market, you need to understand what is 'normal.' This is a presentation on the Stock Market, its historical perspective, current outlook, and how you might position your portfolio. Beginners through advanced.
We will also hear Staci Shorten's Red Flags. The last session of the day will be devoted to Julie's response to your questions with regard to the new BetterInvesting organization resulting from the merger with IClub.
A brief Annual Meeting to elect the Directors of the Space Coast Chapter will be held. The Chapter NEEDS new Directors. Don't be afraid of teaching - there are lots more areas where we need help, especially now that we are bringing BetterInvesting and IClub together. This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn.

From the Space Coast to the Gulf Coast, the Space Coast Chapter covers all of Central Florida
The Space Coast Chapter is made up of local volunteers. Our primary goal is investor education for our clubs and members in East and Central Florida. We assist in the formation of new clubs, visit established clubs for training and trouble-shooting, and conduct training sessions for members and the public. Classes are held online and in our local communities.
