Learn how to gain competitive advantage in the international marketplace by improving organizational performance.  Vermont companies are increasingly part of a dynamic global economy, and doing business outside the U.S. requires specialized knowledge and skills. Prepare your company to better serve international clients and customers; improve efficiency and effectively meet security and compliance requirements for international trade.

Mike Allocca, President of Allocca Enterprises, Inc will introduce you to the regulations governing import and export trade procedures and provide you with a toolkit to improve your company’s internal processes.

Overview: During this talk, you will be introduced to the seven required lists that must be checked on all exports, and understand what common red flags means to you. He will review the five questions that you are required to know about your customer in every export transaction and discuss strategies on how to implement these in your organization. You will walk away with a better understanding of the regulations and with specific tools and instructions on how to begin building a secure and compliant department and company.
