PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING

All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

RESPONSIBILITY

If you book a slot, you PERSONALLY agree to be there for the duration of the slot. If you can't make it on the day you have booked, contact us as soon as possible. You will be refunded up to 48 hours before the event, after which time you will be refunded ONLY if we are able to re-sell the slot.

ACCESS TO THE STAND

Please allow enough time after parking to arrive at the stand.

LOCATION OF STAND

Please contact us the day before the event and will be able to tell you where to find us.

WHAT YOU NEED

We include WAM forms and slips in the slot price. All you need to bring is your diary to book appointments, business cards if you have them and some pocket money for any drinks or food (or bring your own).

ROTA

There will be a rota in operation at each event, which will involve each slot-holder spending an equal amount of time handing out slips. Be prepared to pull your weight with slip distribution - please do not start chatting to friends who walk past etc - it is only fair that you keep feeding leads to your colleagues - they will then return the favour.

BREAKS

Please take breaks only during your time on the stand (ie not when you should be handing out slips).

ATTIRE

Please wear smart attire WITH either a BRANDED shirt or t-shirts or fleece or jacket. If you do not have suitable attire, please BUY or BORROW it!
