Event Details

Stories, culture and knowledge existed in ‘Australia’ long before the modern nation was born. Indigenous Victorians have always communicated their connection to the land and with each other through stories, art and dance. Celebrate the living cultural landscape of Aboriginal Victorians in a weekend of activities including storytelling, talks and performances.arian-Smith, Professor of Australian Studies & History, University of Melbourne, will respond, reflecting on Australian equivalents to MO.
