An introduction to the trait for anyone who knows or suspects they may be HSP (have Sensory Processing Sensitivity), or any professional who would like to understand more.

Led by Barbara Allen-Williams, an experienced therapist and trainer who has specialised in working with HSPs for over ten years, this workshop is the best place to start if you are new to the idea of SPS.

The workshop provides helpful information, insights, encouragement and empowerment to Highly Sensitive People in an appropriately relaxing and HSP-friendly environment.

These workshops are designed to provide information rather than therapy, but as an HSP you may find this workshop naturally resonates or has poignant moments for you. This workshop will change the way you see sensitivity for ever.

Tutor: Barbara Allen-Williams, (FDAP Accred Counsellor, UKRC, Counselling Supervisor (CAS Southampton University) has worked with HSPs for over ten years.  She is the founder of Growing Unlimited Therapeutic Consultancy (2002) and the National Centre for High Sensitivity (2010), both in Andover, Hampshire.

Recognition: A certificate will be presented at the end of the course

NB. Cancellation policy: 50% of payment will be refunded on cancellations with more then 7 days notice
