Easy Weekday Gluten Free / Vegan Bread Baked at Home

No eggs, no yeast, no wheat, no dairy. WHAT!

I recently got busy in the kitchen with vegetable and fruit puree and Jeff's Flour Mix. You are going to be amazed what came out of this experimenting. One bowl, one loaf pan and you are done. I will demonstrate the entire process as well as talk about basic baking and cooking techniques. We will be baking three different versions of one master recipe. This recipe is going to give you a lot of flexibility to experiment with your favorite grains and your favorite vegetable puree. You will go home with the recipes and all the techniques necessary for baking this bread easily at home. Best of all, you will get to sample this delicious bread. Students are encouraged to bring their cameras and notebooks and document the process. 

1. Pumpkin with Quinoa and Sunflower Seeds

2. Carrot / Cardamom with Brown Rice

3. Plum / Molasses with Flax Seed and Hemp Seed.

I will also include instructions for two other versions - 4. Roasted Beet Brown Bread with Millet Seed and 5. Roasted Parsnip and Chile. This is 5 recipes in one class!

Class size will be limited to 10.
