If you work with adolescent girls, attend this workshop and gain strategies to help young women recognize their worth and value so that they can make smart choices that lead to increased feelings of self-esteem and self-respect.

This workshop builds on the principles in Cassandra Mack's self-esteem and smart choices guide for girls entitled, "Cool, Confident and Strong: 52 Power Moves for Girls," In this training workshop geared for youth service providers, Cassandra Mack will share principles and strategies designed to assist those who work with teen girls in helping girls:

1.) Understand how the media, advertising and peer relationships affect the way they feel about themselves. 2.) Identify the attitudes and behaviors that positively impact one's self-esteem as well as the attitudes and behaviors that negatively impact one's self-esteem. 3.) Recognize how making decisions that are not in alignment with their true beliefs often lead to feelings of decreased self-worth.
