The Elevator Speech: How to Craft YOUR Elevator Speech, Floor by Floor, with NO SWEAT!
We’ve all had this happen:
You're at a chamber meeting, networking event, or seminar, and the leader says, “Before we get started, let’s go around the room and introduce ourselves. Tell us who you are and what you do. Give us your “Elevator Speech.”
Many of us start sweating when we hear those words because our Elevator Speech always seems to be a “work in progress.” We avoid eye-contact with the leader, hoping we won’t be the first person called to present.
On the other hand, we worry we might have to speak immediately after someone delivers a Killer Elevator Speech, that WOWs the entire audience. YIKES!
Our presenter experienced this himself. To conquer it, he developed an Elevator Speech Template that he'll be sharing with us at GO! Network this Tuesday, March 13th.
