Gluten Free Pasta
In this class, Jeff will be showing his students the secrets to making satisfying pasta from scratch. He will be sharing his very own recipe. The preparation is easy all you need is a bowl and a rolling pin. If you have a hand crank pasta machine, I will show you how to use that as well. This pasta can be cut for fettuccini, filled for ravioli or left as sheets for lasagna
This is a basic class. Anyone can do this. Jeff will demonstrate the entire process as well as talk about basic baking and cooking techniques. He will send you home with the recipes. Best of all, you will get to sample this delicious pasta. Students are encouraged to bring their cameras and notebooks and document the process. Class size will be limited to 10. This recipe does use eggs. Since I last taught this class, I have come up with a gum free option that I will teach in this class as well.
