This class was offered in February as a one-time, special, charity event. The response was outstanding so I agreed to offer it publicly. We ran it again last week and the response was again outstanding. I will keep scheduling this popular event as long as people want to keep coming! We will be offering eight specialty beers paired with 16 cheeses! Individual tasting sheets will be offered for everybody to make notes on and my own descriptions will be handed out as a take-home. This event was a blast. We covered tons of information and even converted a couple of non-beer drinkers!
