Relate coaching is a four-part initiative designed to help Pastors see growth in their church.  The unique thing that sets Relate Coaching apart is that everything we do is done in the context of relationships.  We want you to know you are not on your own, but that there are like-minded Pastors eager to come alongside of you and help you accomplish the vision God has given you.  We’ve spent a great deal of time seeking to understand why some churches grow, and we’ve taken the elements of successful church growth and packaged them in a way that’s easy to understand and implement.  And best of all, we grow together.
