POSH was created to connect, educate, inspire and recognize women filmmakers. In a male dominated industry, our goal is to help develop and encourage more women to become leaders in the event film world. POSH is unique in that all attendees are participating in each other’s learning experiences to share what works in our businesses and what motivates us to be better in our craft. What makes POSH different is not only the intimate setting with such a small group but the relationships we have built with each other. We have become friends and support each other with questions, advice and tips to better ourselves.
