Course description:

This in-depth 1 day seminar on foreclosure intervention is specifically geared to the general public. The focus will be a core principle of a powerful Federal —RESPA.

The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act—which if used properly and in a timely fashion—can block your lender's ability to move forward with legal action leading to foreclosure.

Once you understand the law's intent and broad scope as well as the provisions for protection for ordinary folks who hold a mortgage, you'll be able to use it to gain the most important commodity you need to save your home—T I M E.
