Feeling sluggish, tired and stuck? Maybe it's the foods you choose that are creating your less than healthy mood! Our bodies and brains need good food to keep us energized, light-spirited and healthy. In this all-levels cooking class, we'll enjoy making (and eating) energy boosting meals and on the go snacks for any time of day. Holistic Health Coach Christine Eubanks will get you comfortable with natural foods cooking and share key facts about how the foods we eat are intimately connected to the way we feel.
Menu includes: Quinoa Pancakes, shitake mushroom and basil soup, grilled salmon with a mango chia chutney and homemade fruit and nut energy bars

Christine Eubanks is a Healthy Lifestyle Expert and the inspiration behind Love & Tomatoes Nutrition Coaching. She works with active individuals who are feeling sluggish, tired, and unhappy with their performance, to help them optimize their food and lifestyle choices so they can double their energy, regain their sparkle and transform their mind-body fitness. Christine leads personal and corporate wellness coaching programs, detox cleanses and cooking instruction classes across the Bay Area. She is the resident nutrition expert at Real Food Company and was recognized as the Bay Area's "Best Nutritionist 2011". Christine believes that every person, whether they are foodies, seekers or fitness pros, can benefit from making healthy, sustainable changes to draw them closer to a life they LOVE!
