Please join us for a presentation regarding Credit Default Swaps as explained by Theodore (Ted) S. Douglas and Scott Huckins of Morgan Capital Management.  The presentation is designed to give us an understanding of the fast-growing (multi—trillion dollar) credit default swap market.

Mr. Douglas began his career in 1989 with Banker's Trust Co., moved over to State Street Corporation in 1995, then over to Koch Industries Inc. in 2003.  Prior to leaving Koch in 2008, Mr. Douglas was President and Chief Investment Officer of Koch Global Capital.  His career experiences include trading fixed income securities, ADRs and municipal bonds, managing multi-billion credit portfolios, developing structured finance products business and Board Member presence.

Mr. Huckins began his career in 1988 with The Alcar Group Inc. and has since worked for FINOVA Capital Corporation, Koch Industries and presently Morgan Capital Mangement.  His experiences span valuation, LBO, structured finance, pension and 401K investment work and has held the titles of Managing Director, CFO and Treasurer in various groups at Koch Industries.
