Webinar: The Climate for Breakthrough Innovation
Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM (CEST)
Where is competitive advantage today?
What allows some organizations to leap ahead... while others are slogging?
One of the biggest challenges for leaders is creating a context where their people can leap ahead. In times of uncertainty and complexity, the status quo become more and more pervasive -- change becomes harder and harder. Everyone is competing for a slice of a shrinking pie. Then suddenly, a new order appears and industries are dominated by players unknown just a few years before (who owned the mobile market 5 years ago?).
It turns out that the companies who experience real breakthroughs have a few key ingredients. Nothing you can copy, because replication leaves you 2nd place at best. But powerful insights that can catapult you forward -- if you've set the stage by building the conditions.
In this free webinar, you will learn...
- Why is a 5% improvement meaningless?
- How do breakthrough companies create a context of innovation?
- What are the three powerful steps every leader can take to foster breakthrough thinking?
