EQ Assessment in Schools
What are the core assessment tools and practices for making social emotional learning effective?
There is growing interest in the US and internationally in assessment in social emotional learning — the process of measuring the skills of emotional intelligence and focusing program development, school climate improvement, curriculum, and coaching/counseling based on these tools. At Six Seconds, we are committed to using our scientifically validated set of tools to assess EQ competencies and help youth, educators, and families move with them into action.
In this free webinar, you will learn...
- About the various assessment tools (SEI, SEI-YV, SEI-360, ASC) available from Six Seconds.
- What sample assessment tools and reports look like and how they is debriefed.
- How these tools are being used around the world.
- Options for using these tools in your personal/professional community.
We will explore ways to use the SEI toolkit to assess and activate learning and develop skills like emotional literacy, navigating emotions, and optimism.
Come learn, engage in dialogue, and enjoy!
Registration is free. Donations are welcome to the Developing World EQ Fund, used to provide emotional intelligence training and materials to countries that can not otherwise afford these services.
