V-Day London

NB If you have a flyer that says The Vagina Monologues in being shown on 26th April at 8.30pm, that's actually a mistake. It's on 27th April at 8.30pm so HUGE apologies. All dates and times are correct on Eventbrite for ticket purchase.

We are V-Day London and we are a fierce, wild and unstoppable movement and community.

From 25th – 29th April 2012, we’re taking over The Bussey Building in Peckham, South London, with a shiny and updated version of Eve Ensler’s brilliant and hilarious play The Vagina Monologues and its sister show A Memory, A Monologue, A Rant and A Prayer, which features work from Edward Albee, Eve Ensler, Maya Angelou and more.

We are putting on the plays to raise money for the following charities:

  • Bede House in Southwark, which helps, among others, victims of Domestic Violence & LGBT Hate Crime
  • Women and Girls of Haiti, which supports a national program in Haiti led by a coalition of women activists that is addressing sexual violence through art, advocacy, safe shelter and legal services.
