Event Details

This Friday from 5-7pm will be a special workout for Black Belts and Instructors only taught by KwanJang-Nim.

The topics will include:

  • Wing Chung KungFu sparring (bring your safety equipment and helmet with face cage)
  • TaeKwonDo 3-Step sparring (safety equipment)
  • Seirum (Korean sumo wrestling)

This special clinic is free, but you must pre-register. 

Make sure you have a BB/Instructor partner for sparring and seirum that is roughly your age and size.
